About us
HMS's Wireless department at Business Unit (BU) Anybus is responsible for HMS's Wireless products, including further development and marketing of the products. We support customers, partners and HMS colleagues through, for example, technical support, product training, documentation and marketing materials. We are a competent team that works with a broad mix of tasks from product ownership to marketing communication within the product line Wireless.
About the position
As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) you work as a technical expert for our BU Anybus Wireless products. You will work both externally and internally:
Another important task is to return feedback from customers regarding our products back to HMS.
About you
You have a technical education in electronics or computer science and you are a very competent network specialist - preferably with experience of working with Wi-Fi and cellular technologies in combination with an industry understanding. If you also have experience of automation, hardware, IoT, project management or customer service, it would be beneficial for this role.
You enjoy the role as an expert and think it is fun and exciting to explain advanced technical processes in a simple and easy-to-understand way. You do this in speech as well as in writing, both in English and Swedish. If you also master additional languages, it is to your advantage.
But above all, you are passionate about helping customers and you get a kick from finding smart solutions to technical problems.
As a FAE at HMS, you will have to work hands-on with world-leading technology and get the chance to help customers and colleagues all over the world find smart, technical solutions.
