Pricing Manager
Want to shape how pricing drives growth, profitability, and market positioning? We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Business Controlling team in the INT (Industrial Network Technology) division at HMS Networks. This is a newly created role with real ownership, you will build the pricing function and become a key voice in how we set and follow up on price across our global business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Take ownership of pricing within the INT Division – operationally and analytically with direct visibility to divisional leadership. Because this is a new function, you will shape how it works. The role combines analysis and operational work, focusing on maintaining accurate pricing, following price development, and continuously improving pricing management across the business. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure pricing decisions support growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain price lists, including list prices, regional adjustments, and discount structures
- Lead annual price adjustment processes and conduct ongoing pricing reviews with product management and sales leadership
- Drive business and pricing model development — evaluate and evolve how we structure pricing across segments, regions, and product lines
- Produce monthly reporting on price development and deliver insights on margin and commercial impact to leadership
- Analyze market, margin, and competitive data to generate pricing insights and recommendations
- Ensure pricing data accuracy across business systems and manage related administrative tasks
- Drive process improvements and automation in pricing workflows Collaborate closely with sales, product, and finance to gather input and align pricing decisions
ABOUT YOU
You are analytical and structured, and you enjoy turning complex data into clear business decisions. You are comfortable working across functions and know how to translate numbers into recommendations that stick with commercial stakeholders. You bring experience from pricing, commercial finance, controlling, or similar roles – ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Applicable experience in pricing, controlling, commercial finance or a similar role and experience from working in a global manufacturing organization.
- Experience working in an international context, collaborating across locations and cultures
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of turning data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets
- Experience with structured pricing models or price management tools
- The confidence to influence, challenge, and support decision-makers at all levels
