Looking for an internship where you can work with real customer requests, sustainability-related topics and process improvement in an international business environment?
At HMS Networks, we are looking for a curious and structured student to join our Sales organization for an internship focused on customer compliance, sustainability documentation and operational process improvement.
This is not a traditional sales internship. You will be part of the Sales department because many customer requests enter the organization through our sales teams, but your work will focus on helping us handle, structure and improve how we respond to customer requirements related to compliance and sustainability.
You will get hands-on experience from a global technology company and contribute to an area that is becoming increasingly important for both our customers and our internal organization.
Our customers regularly ask us to complete supplier questionnaires, compliance forms and online portals covering topics such as environmental requirements, product compliance, sustainability, responsible sourcing and business ethics.
These requests may include areas such as REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals, child labor, political influence, code of conduct requirements, sustainability policies and other customer-specific compliance questions.
We want to make this process more structured, efficient and scalable — and this is where you come in.
During your internship, you will help us:
You will work with real cases from real customers, while also helping us build a stronger internal process for the future.
This internship gives you practical experience within:
In short, you will help turn a growing customer need into a more professional, structured and sustainable way of working.
You are currently studying at university, vocational education or similar, preferably within one or more of the following areas:
You do not need to be an expert in compliance or sustainability. What matters most is that you are structured, curious and willing to learn.
We think you will enjoy this internship if you:
Since you will work in an international environment, good communication skills in English are important.
At HMS Networks, we develop technology that helps industries around the world become more connected, productive and sustainable.
Our solutions enable millions of machines — from robots and production systems to energy and building technology — to communicate with software and smart systems. In other words, we work where technology, innovation and sustainability come together.
For you as a student, this means the chance to step into a global tech company where learning is part of everyday work, new ideas are welcomed, and your internship can become much more than just a short-term placement.
With headquarters in Halmstad, Sweden, and colleagues in more than 20 countries, you will gain insight into an international business environment while building valuable experience for your future career.
At HMS, we believe different perspectives make us stronger. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel respected, supported and encouraged to grow.
Ready to gain hands-on experience in customer compliance, sustainability documentation and process improvement in an international company?
We would love to hear from you.
Send in your application and tell us a little about yourself, your studies and why this internship feels like the right next step for you.
We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
If you have any questions regarding the internship or the application process, you are welcome to contact our HR team.
