We are seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Planner with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

You will play a key role in building a resilient and efficient supply chain, driving strategic decisions that directly influence service levels, inventory performance and working capital.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will join a committed team where you will have a direct impact on inventory strategy, planning logic, and overall supply chain performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we manage inventory levels, forecasts, and planning parameters across our global operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for governing and continuously improving our supply chain playbook, ensuring consistency, transparency, and effectiveness in how we plan and execute.

This is a cross-functional role where you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to align supply and demand and drive data-driven decisions.

As Strategic Supply Chain Planner, you will take ownership of planning logic and inventory performance, including:

  • Drive governance and continuous improvement of the supply chain planning playbook
  • Define and optimize key planning parameters
  • Determine stocking strategies and which items should be held in inventory
  • Own the activation, monitoring, and validation of monthly forecasts within the SIOP process
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, demand variability, and inventory performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and consistent planning parameters in ERP systems
  • Support and challenge cross functional stake holders with data driven insights

ABOUT YOU

You bring a strong foundation in supply chain planning, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. Analytical and structured, you are comfortable working with planning models and continuously improving how decisions are made.

You combine a hands-on approach to data with a strategic mindset, enabling you to both manage detailed planning parameters and contribute to broader supply chain improvements. Collaboration comes naturally, and you are confident in engaging stakeholders across functions.

We believe you bring:

  • Educational background in engineering
  • 3–5years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles such as safety stock, demand variability, and replenishment logic
  • Forecast management
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems and BI/analytics tools is an advantage
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and align stakeholders in a cross-functional environment

Experience from electronics, components, or technology-driven industries is an advantage.
