ABOUT THE ROLE

You will play a key role in maintaining and developing HMS Networks’ global website. You will be part of the Commercial Platforms Team, a young, engaged team working with HMS digital sales & marketing tools. As Web Manager, you are the link between the business demands of our four divisions and the more technical IT-side. As global web manager you are responsible for ensuring that the website functions as a core lead‑generation engine for HMS, turning traffic from social media and other channels into qualified leads and measurable sales impact.

You will lead the strategy and governance of HMS Networks' global website ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, quality, and consistency in collaboration with our divisions. You’ll work closely with a broad team including the Web Content Manager, IT Product Owner, SEO specialist and local sales and marketing stakeholders around the world.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead the global web strategy and collaborate with our divisions to ensure optimal user experience, performance, and lead generation.
Facilitate workshops, prepare presentations, and present findings and recommendations to steering committees and key stakeholders.
Act as a key business stakeholder towards IT, collecting, translating, and driving web-related business requirements.
Manage cross-functional web projects creating synergy and business value.
Use data to optimize site structure, messaging, SEO, speed, and conversion paths.
Ensure good internal web governance and workflows that enable scalable, high-quality web operations.
Drive change management activities and ensure strong stakeholder management across the organization
Performance management: Use data, testing, and optimization to improve conversion, lead generation, and measurable business impact.

You will report to the Director of Commercial Platforms and play a key role in bridging IT and Marketing, ensuring our website supports both technical stability and business goals.

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced professional with years of experience in web management, and you understand what it takes to make a website shine. This role is essential for scaling GEO, SEO, product traffic, and overall site performance and requires an analytical and methodical mindset. You thrive in an innovative environment and excel at working with diverse teams. Fluent in English, you're ready to take on the challenge of managing our international web presence.

We’re looking for someone who has:

A university degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience working with web platforms, ideally in a B2B or global environment.
Proven experience in project management, including Agile/Scrum methods.
Strong understanding of UX, SEO, CMS platforms, marketing automation and performance analytics.
The ability to drive collaboration across functions, cultures, and geographies.

If you are selected for an interview

If you are selected for an interview we may, for some positions, perform tests that are computer-based, like personality tests or testing of skills. You always get information about the test before you are invited. The results from these tests are stored for maximum one year after the recruitment process ends.

We use external data processors to provide us with different services, including:

IT service providers (Hosting, back-up, cloud solutions etc.)
Companies providing testing services
Recruitment companies (specific positions)

These service providers are only allowed to process information on behalf of HMS and as specifically instructed by us.

For us it is important that your data is safe. We use up-to-date data protection mechanisms and has a good security posture.

HMS Industrial Network entities ensure due care and take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data and communication data provided, collected and/or stored on our systems and shall not retain it any longer than permitted in order to perform its services or as required under relevant legislation.

Your personal data can only be accessed by authorized employees of HMS Industrial Network that need to have access to this data in order to be able to fulfil their given duties.

Data storage and location

Your application is stored on servers within the EU/EEA.

When performing tests during recruitment, the test service provider may store data outside EU/EEA. Such transfer is only made if the recipient of the data is located in a country which provides an adequate level of protection following a European Commission adequacy decision or if appropriate safeguards as within the EU have been provided by executing standard contractual clauses.
