Project Manager

We are looking for a driven and impact-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within our IDS division. This is a broad and business-focused role where your ability to create structure, align stakeholders and drive progress will be key to success.
At HMS, projects are at the core of how we move forward strategically. We are not primarily looking for certifications. We are looking for the right mindset, practical experience and the ability to turn complexity into results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager within IDS, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that support the division’s strategic agenda. The projects will vary in scope and content but are often connected to technology, systems, business development and operational improvements.
You will:
- Structure, plan and drive projects from initiation to completion
- Facilitate collaboration across functions and ensure clear ownership of actions and deadlines
- Navigate and manage complex stakeholder landscapes
- Provide structured reporting and decision support to IDS Management
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including business case development and follow-up
- Support the IDS M&A agenda through target research, profiling and investigations
You will work closely with IDS Management, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Supply, Group Finance, IT and other shared functions.
This role requires someone who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
ABOUT YOU
We believe you have an academic degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a project-driven environment. Experience from cross-functional and technology-related projects is highly valuable.
More importantly, you have the attitude and drive needed to make projects succeed.
You are:
- A strong communicator with excellent social skills
- Structured and able to manage complexity
- Strategically minded, yet pragmatic and execution-focused
- Curious and flexible, with a willingness to learn new areas
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
- Impact-driven with a clear can-do mentality
You likely have 3–6 years of experience and feel motivated by working close to management in a role with high visibility and broad exposure.
You have a genuine interest in technology and feel comfortable working in a tech-driven organization.
