AI Process & Change Lead

As HMS Networks accelerates its global AI journey, we are looking for an AI Process & Change Lead who can turn real business needs into scalable, impactful AI solutions. In this role, you will guide the organization through transformation, ensuring that AI becomes an integral, value-creating part of how we operate worldwide.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business operations and AI technology. Your primary mission is to identify, structure and drive AI initiatives that deliver measurable value across HMS’s global functions.
This is a new role within HMS, you will work in a small central team, reporting directly to Group Management.
You will:
- Identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases across several functions such as Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Supply Chain and Finance
- Facilitate workshops to map current processes and design AI-enabled future processes
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, KPIs and success criteria
- Act as Product Owner for selected AI solutions
- Lead change management activities such as communication, training and adoption
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, IT and data teams to ensure feasibility and scalability
- Support global rollouts of successful AI initiatives and monitor impact and user adoption
- This role is central to scaling AI at HMS, ensuring solutions are not only developed but implemented and rolled out cross the organization
ABOUT YOU
You are a structured and analytical professional who thrives on guiding organizations through change. You combine strong business understanding with the ability to work closely with technical experts, and you are comfortable navigating complex environments.
You have good insights into several business processes, maybe with a background in management consulting or change management.
You bring:
- Solid experience in process development, digital transformation or change management
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- The ability to work effectively in international and multicultural settings
- Experience from ERP-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience with automation, AI or advanced analytics initiatives
- Background in industrial, tech-driven or B2B environments
- Experience from global organizations
Personally, you are pragmatic, solution-oriented and value-driven—someone who can translate opportunities into concrete actions and ensure adoption across teams and countries.
