We are currently seeking a driven and forward-looking Group Controller to join our awesome Group Finance team – working both with an operational and financial focus in a dynamic and prestigeless environment. ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Group Finance team as a Group Controller, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Group’s external and internal reporting as well as support the organization with providing the necessary financial basis for decision-making.
As a Group Controller, you will work with financial analysis and reporting, as well as collaborate with group subsidiaries in the reporting processes. You will also support in the processes of internal controls, sustainability reporting and financial controlling in general.
You will also be working with contributing to strategic business decisions in coordinating forecasts and budgeting, analyzing monthly operational results, and assisting with various ad-hoc assignments and projects related to financial processes. This role offers an opportunity to take part of working with our management team to provide crucial decision-making insights and contribute to our organization's overall success.
In this role, you report to the Group Finance Director.

Qualifications
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent education.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably from auditing, controlling and/or financial consulting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective in communication and good interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experienced in using MS Office, ERP-systems (optional), Power BI (optional) and have good skills in Excel.
