ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll do more than just sales – you’ll be a strategic partner, understanding customer challenges and offering future-proof solutions. You’ll play a key role in our shift toward a consultative, solution-oriented approach, integrating software and services alongside our hardware products.

You’ll collaborate with teams in Sweden, Italy, and Germany, focusing on expanding key customer relationships in Northern Europe and across selected key accounts in EMEA. The position is based in Halmstad, with the possibility for hybrid work. Expect 30-40% travel as you build meaningful partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

✔ Develop & grow key customer relationships, helping them find the right solutions

✔ Build a strategic business plan for success in key industrial markets (Energy, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, and Logistics)

✔ Collaborate with engineers and marketing to bring new ideas and solutions to customers

✔ Identify & expand opportunities, securing new key accounts while growing existing ones.

✔ Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

✔ Be part of a team that values knowledge-sharing, inclusion, and innovation

 

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is curious, solutions-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Key Account Manager, you are a strong communicator who enjoys making complex technology easy to understand.

WHAT YOU BRING

✔ Educational background in engineering, business, or a related field

✔ Extensive experience in industrial automation, IoT or technical sales

✔ Strong understanding of IoT, IT networking, Cyber Security, and Diagnostics

✔ Strategic mindset with the ability to plan long-term while also working hands-on with customers

✔ Fluent in English, both written and spoken

✔ A winning personality with excellent communication skills
