We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our global Digital & IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our employees by providing friendly, helpful, and efficient IT assistance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position requires you to work on-site at our HQ in Halmstad. As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you will be an essential part of our team, providing direct IT support to our employees.

Whether you’re troubleshooting hardware issues or guiding colleagues through software solutions, your problem-solving skills and patience will make a real difference.

Key responsibilities:

  • Offer first-line support for both hardware and software inquiries, ensuring colleagues receive quick and effective solutions.
  • Assist employees with questions and services in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Exchange, Teams, Entra ID and other Office applications such as Outlook or Word."
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, providing timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Help set up and configure new computers and devices for employees, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve and overcome challenges.
  • Keep our internal knowledge base updated to help others easily find answers to common issues.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment. You might come from a customer service, retail, or IT background, but more importantly, you enjoy helping others and are eager to learn more about IT. Flexibility and adaptability are key in this role, as no two days are the same!

Your skills and experience include:

Technical skills:

  • Basic understanding of how computers and other devices work, with an interest in learning more.
  • Some experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (such as Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or remote support tools is a plus, but not essential - we will provide training.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish.

Soft skills:

  • You have a strong customer focus and take pride in offering friendly, clear, and helpful support.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (such as customer service or retail) is valuable, as it has developed your ability to handle inquiries with patience and care.
  • You are flexible and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong communication skills are essential—you’re comfortable explaining technical information in a way that’s easy to understand.
  • You’re proactive and enjoy both working independently and as part of a team.
