We are now looking to strengthen the Anybus team with a Field Application Engineer, who is committed to delivering exceptional results.
As Field Application Engineer at our business unit Anybus, you will be the key interface for all technical related customer interactions. With your broad technical expertise and understanding of customers’ needs and problems you will guide the customers to ensure that their experience of our products is world class.
You will provide customers with technical recommendations, debug their applications and collaborate with product management to feedback customer needs. You aim for best-in-class customer satisfaction being recognized as the leader in technical expertise for the desired products.
With capability to make technical details easy to understand you contribute by training customers and our sales units about relevant applications and product functionality from office, thru seminars or by visiting the customer.
You collaborate closely with both R&D and Product Management to make sure problems are solved and customers’ needs, and demands are addressed. Additionally, you will work with Sales to identify commercial opportunities, ensuring that the solutions provided are not only technically sound but also commercially viable.
We believe you possess a growth mindset and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are strongly technical oriented and strive to understand how electronics and embedded programming work and enjoy debugging, coding, and solving technical problems.
In this role, you will leverage your excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with both external clients and internal teams. You can tailor technical presentations, ensuring the right level of detail for diverse audiences.
You have a keen commercial sense, helping you understand that the solutions we offer must be viable for our business. This will enable you to balance customer satisfaction with business goals effectively.
You will work closely with customers both remotely and at the customer’s site. Therefore, it is instrumental that you are establishing and maintaining customer relations, thus excellent customer-relation skills are very important.
You have experience from working in cross-functional teams and you are a team player who understands that customer satisfaction is the result of team members contributing with their passion and ideas.
