ABOUT THE ROLE — Art Director Extraordinaire

Are you a wizard of graphical and UX design, and a sorcerer of video, images and desktop publishing rolled into one? If you enjoy strategic art direction as much as getting your hands dirty with Illustrator drawings, video editing, UX-work and office sign making, then we want you to join our crew as our Art Director and Visual Designer.

What you'll do:

• Lead the creative charge: Take ownership of HMS’s graphical look and feel and build our graphic design for the long-term. You own our templates for material production and you collaborate with our marketing teams around the world to ensure our brand looks as slick as an oil-slicked dolphin in a slicker.
  
  
• Design Like No Other: Bring your A-game in UX design. Make our website interfaces so user-friendly, people will start asking if they can take them out for coffee.
  
  
• Video. Yes, it killed the radio star and you’re probably an accomplice. You’ll do video shooting and editing and to create stunning videos for digital channels faster than the 3:21 Buggles song.
  
  
• Desktop publishing wizardry: Create stunning print materials and digital assets that turn heads, and not just because someone accidentally hit the "rotate" button.
  
  
• Inspire the troops: Mentor and motivate your fellow creatives and ensure our design standards are as high as a satellite in low Earth orbit. And put on the branding-police helmet when needed.
  
  
• Own the marketing assets. Cloudinary is the home of all our images, videos and marketing assets. Take care of it, cuddle it, and put it to sleep at night.
  
  
• Have a blast: We believe in balancing hard work with fun. You’ll be part of a team that loves to geek out about digital marketing tech, have fika, and enjoy team-building events.
