As Market Unit North is expanding our post-sales support, we are searching for a motivated, driven manager to develop our professional services offer. You will be a critical part in developing and growing our paid training services, working closely with the MU North management team. In this role as a manager for professional services, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 10 people, but as you develop the scope and business for professional services, we expect this team to grow. Your team is a diverse, international, talented team in a matrix organization, and we think you have previous experience managing this type of team.

Because of your international responsibility in this role, travel will be expected approx.. 1 week/month per average.

To thrive in this role, we think that you have 3-5 years of previous experience managing an international team. You have probably worked with managing consultants or other billable team members, most likely selling services. Preferably you have experience with post sales support tasks and personnel. You probably have a university degree in a related field, and previous experience within the factory or building automation industry is a plus.
