Process Engineer

You are used to manage projects, with good ability to communicate and collaborate with all parts of the organization. You enjoy and are comfortable with moving between the production floor and other parts of the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be a part of our supply team, which is a collaboration between several different production and administrative groups, such as purchasing, testing, quality and production development. You will work in the process engineering group, currently consisting of 5 process engineers, and the group’s overall responsibility is to ensure that our production works in the best way possible.

Primary responsibilities:

• continues development and optimization of manufacturing processes
• documentation of processes and working procedures
• creation and maintenance of assembly product instructions
• support of systems and production equipment
• training of operators
• continues preparation and handling of product changes
• drive improvements

You will also be involved in strategic work towards a more digitalized and automated production, drive internal projects and work with the development process and the implementation of new products in our production. We believe you are passionate about constantly improving and optimizing the production processes.

ABOUT YOU

We believe that you have an engineering degree or equivalent with an adequate orientation, e.g. YH/University within production engineering/development. At least a couple of years working experience from similar roles. Experience with Lean philosophy, programming and electronics production is seen as a merit.

In addition to basic competence in production economics and production development, you need to be familiar with improvement and production development tools. You are fluent in Swedish and English both oral and written, and have good knowledge within IT.
