ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Supply Application Engineer, you will mainly contribute with high competence to be involved in digitizing processes and further developing existing applications as well as performing application analysis that affects the Global Supply Chain process as well as being a technical support to the Global Supply organization with system issues.

This means that you will be involved in smaller and bigger projects as a member or as a project leader. Project leader/member purpose is to help design & implement workflow, system, and process improvements to support our processes, one major area is to lead harmonization projects at acquired companies to Supply global processes.

Supply Application Engineer within the fast-growing Global Supply Chain organization is a varied role that provides great development opportunities and can take on greater overall responsibility the more experienced you become an important player in our digitization and automation journey within Supply Chain.

Primarily you are based in at HQ in Halmstad, however a few traveling days can be expected in this role.

We attach great importance on your personal skills and abilities, such as self-sustaining, taking responsibility, drive and problem-solving skills, since we believe that these are key factors in order to succeed in your role.

ABOUT YOU

We believe that you have an academic degree, preferably within Supply Management, or a technical engineering degree. Preferably you have also acquired experience of having worked with ERP-systems and integration between different systems and applications.

You are a solution-oriented person, and your sense of communication and genuine service mindedness are your main keys to success.

Since your daily interactions are with people in both Sweden and internationally, you have strong communication skills in Swedish as wells as English.

Your background and competencies:

• Academic degree
• Relevant hands-on engineering or development experience
• Understanding of supply chain and sub processes
• Ability to develop and improve software applications
• Project management abilities
• Troubleshooting skills

Other skills and experience that we value:

• Experience/knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform and additional applications
• Project Management Experience
• Experience with any or some of the techniques: T-SQL, Windows server, XML, EDI, RPA
