HMS Market Unit North is growing and are now looking to strengthen the team with an Account Manager, primarily focusing within the vertical of Building Automation.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for acquisition of new customers and generating new business opportunities, as well as developing and growing existing businesses. The geographical areas you will operate in are mainly Scandinavia, the Baltic and Africa. Why you will interact with different cultures and people at a daily basis. The sales process is mainly project oriented, why you need to have the understanding and skills of handling multiples opportunities, most often with hard deadlines.
Primarily the interactions and client meetings are digital, however a few traveling days can be expected in this role.
You will receive a thorough onboarding with a clear structure, making sure you will understand our HMS processes. This is a role that offers opportunities for development and growth.
In order to be successful in this role, regardless of your previous experience, it is vital that you have a great interest in both sales and technology. It is also important that you understand traditional sales work, and are able to combine this with your innovative and creative ideas to acquire new and grow existing business.
Likely you already have a few years of experience within Building Automation, where you have acquired some knowledge of technologies such as ASCII, BACnet, KNX, DALI or M-bus. Hopefully you have also stumbled upon Intesis, the HMS brand within this vertical.
We believe that you have an academic degree within sales or marketing, or an engineering degree within building automation. You are highly motivated when it comes to reaching your goals. We also believe that you are structured and have a strong self-leadership, in combination with a flexible and agile mindset. Your sense of communication and your genuine service mindedness are your main keys to success when it comes to doing great business.
You have good computer skills, and preferably previous experience of working in a CRM system.
Since both customers and your colleagues are mainly located outside of Sweden, you have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
