Production Quality Engineer

The Production Quality team are now looking for a new Production Quality Engineer with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Are you an electronics engineer with a few years of experience within production quality, ready to contribute to HMS success story? HMS is a rapidly growing company, so agility, flexibility and resourcefulness is a must.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The HMS Supply organization is composed by several different production groups and administrative functions, for example sourcing and purchasing, functional test, production quality and process engineering.  This role is a part of the Production Quality team, which is responsible for assuring that the products HMS produce, are manufactured with a high-quality level.

This role has an operative focus.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer claims
• Verification of product changes in production
• Follow-up on quarantined material

You will be working in a team of nine people where we aim to continuously develop and improve our production processes and provide excellent support for our customers across the globe.

ABOUT YOU

Your background and competencies:

• An engineering degree within the electronics area
• Experience and/or education within production and process quality
• A big interest in technology and problem solving
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Other skills and experience that we value:

• Experience of root cause analysis and 8D reporting
• A sense for details
• A drive to improve
