We are looking for an experienced developer with an interest in the embedded DevOps field to join our team. 

You are a generalist rather than a specialist with experience from a wide variety of programming tasks as well as IT environments. You are a driven person, motivated by learning new things and serving other developers with tools and infrastructure. You have relevant education and at least 5 years of professional experience within the software development field.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work in a small team that develops and maintains the tools and systems that enable our product development teams to create great products.

Example work tasks:

• Develop and maintain pipeline scripts in our Jenkins CI/CD environment for building, testing, and releasing embedded products
• Develop and maintain build tools using Python
• Administrate and plan upgrades for our system and tools
• Identify and implement improvements to our ways of working
• Help and guide other developers in the field of CI/CD

Meriting experience/skills:

• Python, C
• Scripting/automation on both Windows and Linux
• Troubleshooting web applications (mostly Java based, such as Jenkins)
• Server environments, virtualization, Docker, and operations
• Build systems such as GNU Make and CMake
• Working with embedded products
• Gerrit code-review
• Jira
