Industrial Engineering Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE 

In the role as Process Engineering Manager, your primary task will be to drive the vision for the complete production flow within our factory in Halmstad. Your role lead and develop the process engineering team, to be ready for taking the next step towards a more digitalized and automized  production flow.

In addition to this, you and your team will also be responsible for the NPI (industrialization) process, introduce engineering changes in production and running efficiency projects for the production site at HMS HQ in Halmstad.
