The HMS Global Marketing team is responsible for coordinating HMS’s marketing efforts Worldwide. We also work with communication related to the company as such. We work in a highly digital environment where web, video, online events, and marketing automation are central.
Quality, sustainability and long-term customer relations are in our DNA. We want to give our customers correct and interesting information about our technology and provide the right messages to the right audience.
For this, we are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a marketing automation tool and we now need someone to help us coordinate and carry out marketing automation projects at HMS – always with the customer perspective in focus.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, your overall task is to ensure the success of HMS’ marketing automation activities by implementing well-defined customer journeys and campaigns in close collaboration with HMS marketing automation users all over the world.
Your daily work consists of supporting and assisting marketing automation users in implementing and optimizing customer journeys and campaigns for the purpose of lead nurturing, customer onboarding and more.
You analyze marketing automation results, implement actions, and provide guidelines, trainings and best practices to marketing automation users.
The majority of HMS’ marketing activities towards customers are carried out by our Market Units around the world. Your work is to support and assist them, but also work hands-on with tasks like group segmentation, design and optimization of customer journeys, template design and customer experience. You ensure best practice and campaign consistency in terms of look, structure, nomenclature and customer data base usage.
But most importantly – you are the ambassador for our customers, always caring for them to make sure they get correct, interesting, and timely information about our amazing product offering – honoring customer privacy at all times.
You are a technically skilled people-person, and you are good at networking – suitable for an international organization like HMS. You understand the value and power of marketing automation in an increasingly digital B2B world, and you have documented experience within marketing automation, either in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar marketing automation systems like Pardot or Click Dimensions.
You are a very good communicator who can explain and drive best usage of marketing automation internally and you lead by example by showing hands-on how to do it the system.
Most importantly, you really care about the customer experience and you are passionate about providing customers with informative content that is also fun to view.
